 It comes with regret to say that SimsFanZone is For Sale. What started out as GrantExpresses in 2007 and progressed into SimsFanZone in late 2009 is now for sale. Unfortunately, I no longer have time to maintain the site and so the news has been less frequent, the decision to sell the site has not come lightly but I feel that this is the right decision.
If you are interested in purchasing SimsFanZone please use the Contact Us button on the navigation bar and I will aim to get back to you as soon as I can. Please make sure you leave details as to the nature of your enquiry, e.g. price, general information etc.
Thank you to everyone that has supported us over the years, without you SimsFanZone would not be the site that it is today. I wish everyone the very best in the future, and many happy SimsFanZone memories. Once again, thank you to all SimsFanZone supporters!

UPDATE (1st Feb 2012)
Just wanted to keep everyone informed on SimsFanZone, we have had some interest in the site but so far no purchasers. We have completely cleaned the forum, most forums are now locked and are not available to post in however we have left the site comments section open and are now allowing general chat in this section. User registration has been deactivated and all non-active members have been removed. Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to be archiving all news and cleaning up the general appearance of the site.
You may notice that we have closed some sections of the site, these include the Photo Gallery, Info Center, Downloads, FAQ's etc. We hope this doesn't cause too much inconvenience but we are leaving the forum open.
Lastly, we are no longer accepting affiliation requests for obvious reasons.
The only thing left to say for now is thank you to all of you for your continued support to the site and we hope to get the site running as usual as soon as a buyer has been found!

Suspension of User Registration |

 Hi simmers, just a quick note to say that we have disabled the user registration because of a sudden influx of spam members, spam posts and spam comments (over 10,000) which now need to be cleaned up!
We are really sorry for the inconvenience and are working to sort the genuine members from the bots! Happy Simming!
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
All gmail accounts have been temporarily suspended. Due to the astronomical amount of spamming we have had recently, all registered users with a gmail email address have been temporarily suspended. For immediate reinstatement please contact us using the contact us button at the top right of the navigation bar.
Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused.
UPDATE: (7th May)
All gmail accounts have now been reinstated to those users who we believe to be genuine, we are still working on removing all of the spam content from the forum and have completely cleaned the comments. Thank you for your patience, if you find you can no longer sign in, this is because your account may still be disabled because we are watching certain accounts for spam activity, if you believe we have suspended your account in error, please contact us and we will reinstate it immediately!
UPDATE: (11th May)
Another quick update, the registration system is now back online and the last of the spam accounts and posts will be deleted today, we have implemented a 'report spam' button on the forum to help combat spam. We have not as yet enabled guest posting simply because we feel the measures we have in place for guest posting are not effective enough to prevent spam. We will update this again when the comments system is online for guests, at the moment registered members are allowed to comment. |

  Hey everyone, we have just closed the poll which asked you simmers the question: 'What do you think of the recently announced Outdoor Stuff Pack?' The results were as follows:

So it seems that most of you simmers pre-ordered the game and will by now be enjoying it! Maybe for those who were not looking for The Sims 3 Outdoor Stuff pack, why not check out reviews in our forum and on the web. Late Night Bugs - Still No Patch! |

 Hi Simmers, check out this post over at SnootySims. Snooty has made a comprehensive list of bugs that came with The Sims 3 Late Night and there doesn't look as if there is a patch on it's way anytime soon, so in the mean time, along with the list, snooty has given links to sim modders that have already made patches for the game!
